Return Policy

https://diva-egypt.com is happy to assist its customers in managing product return requests according to the following conditions:

Product return policy and conditions:

A 14-day return policy applies from the date of receipt.
Valid proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.)
All returned items must be in their original condition (closed in their original packaging with all accessories included).
Used or incomplete products will not be returned.
When returning a damaged product, the defect must be mentioned on a separate sheet and attached to the invoice. Please do not write or put any marks on the product packaging or on the product itself.
The customer shall bear the delivery charges of the returned product.
The amount is returned to the customer after receiving the product and making sure that it complies with the terms of return.

Please write down your claims for “delivery damaged” or missing items within 12 hours of receiving your purchase. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days after purchase. The following conditions apply:

All returned products must be in new condition (as sold), in its original box, and must include packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, brochures, and all accessories.
Merchandise must be complete, unused, and in ‘new’ condition as received.
Attach the invoice to the returned product. If the merchandise has a defect, please specify the defect, on a separate sheet and attach it to the invoice.

Products must be returned to the returns department either by yourself or sent by post.

Delivery charges for the returned product(s) must be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.
Send pre-approved returns to the address listed on the Contact Us page.
Refunds will be on the original payment form only.
